I booked a reservation online and within 10 minutes I realized we would not make it, so I followed the “refund” link from the confirmation email to cancel the reservation (mind you I have timestamped email documentation of all of this) and the hotel claims that I was a no show and they're not refunding me. It has been over a month and I am still trying to get my money back from a hotel I DIDNT EVEN STAY AT!
